Team Lead

OemSoftsales is seeking technical and result-oriented team players who are committed to excellence. You will be directly involved in: systems analysis & design, software development, and software implementation. Your prime focus will be on software designing and coding in Java. The prospective candidate must have the desire and ability to learn new technologies.


	Requirements:

	BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA from premier engineering institutes
	5-10 years of software development experience - JSP, JDBC, Servlets, EJB, RMI, XML, Oracle, PL/SQL or SQL Server and OO Concepts
	Strong passion for technology
	Good analytical skills
	Location: Chennai, India

Testing Engineers

As a Test Engineer, you should be a perfectionist with a detail-oriented approach. You will devise Quality Control testing strategies, procedures and test cases for our products. You'll develop and implement process level and module level tests based on product architecture. You will be required to apply test policies to identify areas of the product where a focused effort needs to be applied. Working with software developers to understand product implementation and code reviews will also form a part of your work area.


	Requirements:

	Minimum 3 years of Software Testing experience in reputed organizations Working experience in Automated tool such as Winrunner, Load runner etc
	Required Software Development experience in Java / VB
	Highly motivated and team oriented approach
	Good knowledge of Testing and Quality Process required
