OemSoftsales’s Quality Management System is certified to the international quality standard ISO 9001 : 2000, and is approved by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Netherlands. OemSoftsales's customer focus and business processes meet all the requirements of this new ISO standard, which provides proof of OemSoftsales's consistent level of quality and its commitment to continual improvement of business processes.
The ISO 9001:2000 standard is based on a process model and has been developed by the ISO using a set of eight core management principles. These are customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, system approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
