Nagarajan, the promoter and founder of OemSoftsales has around 12 years of IT experience both in India as well as in the USA. He has provided consulting and project management services to TCS, Satyam, Tandem Computer, TRW Experian, and US Defence, He has assessed organizations on SEI CMM level certifications. He is known in the industry circles for his strong leadership qualities, a high understanding of testing methodology and an efficient project management skill. He has rich experience in the timely execution of highly demanding technology intensive projects.
Nagarajan has a degree in Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering from the College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai.
Siva Panchanatham
Director, US Operations
Siva Panchanatham brings 12 years of information technology and senior management experience in applications development, project management, and systems integration. He is responsible for OemSoftsales Infotech's business development, strategic alliances and operations in the US. Most recently, Siva was deploying and integrating Oracle Applications for Oracle Cisco, and was actively involved with enterprise applications at various companies, including IKON Office Solutions, MBNA America, VWR Scientific Products, Penn Mutual Life Insurance, Aramark, Dana, General Electric, and Stanford University. With Oracle’s Development organization, he was responsible for the engineering, testing and release management of the Oracle Assets product in the Oracle Financials Suite.
Siva holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, USA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, India. He operates from Cupertino, CA, USA.
Sriram Srinivasan
Sr.Manager(Quality and HR) Indian Operations
Sriram heads the Sales, Quality and HR departments of OemSoftsales’s Indian operations. He was also the Management Representative for the implementation of Quality Management System at OemSoftsales that paved the way for the successful ISO Certification. Sriram has shouldered a wide range of responsibilities from QA engineer to Sales Manager and has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing and automotive sectors. He started his career with Essar group in the quality assurance department and after a successful stint moved on to do his MBA from International Management Institute, New Delhi. Prior to joining OemSoftsales, Sriram was a Manager (Sales and Service) at JK Industries Ltd, New Delhi.
He is a graduate engineer from Regional Engineering college, Tiruchirappalli, an MBA and an MTech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
